ARDMORE, PA - Yesterday, Manan Trivedi spoke at the grand opening of his campaign's Montgomery County field office - 1 E Lancaster Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. This Montgomery County office is one of two the campaign opened over the weekend to accommodate the many supporters and volunteers that want to help spread the word about Manan Trivedi's campaign before the May 18th primary. Trivedi took time between campaign events to address volunteers attending the initial phone bank in the new office.
"As you know, I can't do this alone, and I really want to thank you all for coming out tonight… As a primary care doctor, an Iraq war veteran, and as a native of this district I've fought on the front lines of the healthcare crisis, I've fought on the front lines in Iraq, and now we together are fighting on the front lines to change this country for the better and turn this district blue" Trivedi said during his remarks in Ardmore yesterday. "It's offices like this, and volunteers like you that are going to make this happen."
The new Montgomery County office joins another new field office in Berks County - 2252 Perkiomen Ave Reading, PA 19606. These offices will allow the Trivedi campaign to conduct an aggressive voter outreach campaign in the final push before the May 18th primary.
After speaking to the assembled volunteers Trivedi joined them in making calls to registered Democrats to discuss his campaign and reminding them to vote in the primary.
Manan Trivedi is a primary care physician, a former Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy and served in the Iraq War as a battalion surgeon.
